Our services

When you engage us to design, build, or maintain a website or provide any other digital service, the following terms apply:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
• Project commencement requires a signed agreement or written confirmation and, where applicable, a deposit
• Client content — text, images, logos and other assets — must be supplied in a suitable format and within agreed timescales. Delays caused by late content may affect delivery dates
• Revisions are included within the scope agreed at project outset. Additional revisions outside scope will be quoted and charged separately
• Ownership of the completed website transfers to you upon receipt of full payment

Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold delivery of work where payment is overdue. Late payment may attract interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Hosting and maintenance

Where we provide hosting or maintenance services, these are governed by the specific plan agreed at the time of purchase. We aim to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party infrastructure failures outside our control.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services, including (but not limited to) loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
